Following on from our update on Tuesday, we wanted to share with you the latest updates and how these may impact you.

We can confirm that Exponential-e's main support functions continue to operate business as usual; our teams are ready to support you with any advice, guidance, support or changes you may require in this current situation.

Following the advice this week from the UK government to work from home where possible, and the subsequent significant increase in remote working, our core teams have been proactively monitoring our platforms and we can confirm we are operating within safe boundaries with headroom where needed. This means our core services will continue to run without any service impact despite the changes to user behaviour, and in some cases, increased load.

With reference to the delivery of new orders, our provisioning team are working hard to deliver all current orders and projects as quickly as possible. Our fibre partners are continuing to operate in line with government guidance and we are currently seeing very little impact on installations or appointments. If you do have any upcoming site visits scheduled, please ensure that you are prepared for a prompt visit and that the nominated site escort is fit and healthy as to not introduce any risk to the on-site technicians.

Understandably we are seeing some impact on our supply chain with longer lead times for a number of hardware and devices. Our priority is to ensure all live hardware is fully supported and stock levels are adequate for break-fix scenarios and we are continuously reviewing our stock and supply chain to manage this. If your orders are impacted by any supply chain issues as a result of COVID-19, our teams will let you know and work with you to manage this accordingly.

Please be reassured that we will continue to monitor future developments and adjust our business accordingly. We want to remain transparent with our customers and we will continue to keep you updated.
