An established Local Government leader with 25 years’ experience in the sector with integrators, vendors, fibre builders and consulting for over 20 Local Authorities on digital infrastructure strategy. Previous to joining Exponential-e in 2018, Stuart was involved in a new Smart Town Centre project as Technology Lead. Today, Stuart’s leads Exponential-e’s Local Government business development activity in the UK.

Gareth Hayes, Head of UC & CX

Gareth has been in the Unified Communications industry for over 20 years, holding various operational and leadership roles. For the last 12 years, his focus has been helping to deliver Cloud-based UC solutions, product life cycle management, customer engagement, and client integrations. Since joining Exponential-e in October 2019, Gareth has helped drive awareness for Exponential-e within the UCC market, delivering key go-to-market platforms and building out an ecosystem of trusted vendors to enhance customer engagement and drive innovation in the field.

Tom joined Exponential-e in early 2022, focusing on helping organisations across the Media & Entertainment sector accelerate their journeys to the Cloud and optimise their cyber security ecosystems. With a strong background in broadcast channel management and delivery, as well as helping creative and IT teams improve their workflows and synergy, Tom draws directly on this wide-ranging experience and Exponential-e’s full portfolio of solutions to deliver the best possible value.

Before joining Exponential-e’s UCC and Contact Centre overlay team, Alan spent 12 years working in enterprise contact centre sales, helping brands transform customer experience by harnessing CRM, CCaaS, AI and automation technologies. He has worked with a wide range of customers, including Boots, Irwin Mitchell, Marshalls PLC, musicMagpie, Zapp, and NHS Digital, to make their contact centre operations more efficient, improve the customer and agent experience, and modernise their technology infrastructure.

Alan has spent his entire career in the IT/Communications sector, with 25+ years of contact centre and UC sales experience. Throughout this time, he has driven engagement in virtually every facet of a contact centre ecosystem, from the simple to the cutting-edge. Since joining Exponential-e, he has focused on the contact centre and unified communications spaces, working to boost our CCaaS capability. His approach is all about improving customer experience and delivering great outcomes for any business that manages high volumes of internal or external customer queries, taking a consultative approach, in order to get to the root of customer requirements.

John has worked in Telecoms and UC&C sales for over 20 years, for some of the sector’s largest names, including BT and Nortel Networks, as well as several smaller, privately-owned resellers. Throughout this time, his roles have included Account Manager, Account Director, Sales Director, and UC&C Overlay specialist. Initially focusing on core PBX solutions and contact centres, he now specialises in hosted solutions, including Teams, HPBX, CCaaS and complete UC solutions. He particularly enjoys taking the time to understand the customer’s pain points, defining the correct solution to improve their operation, and then seeing the benefits the technology has delivered.

For the last 17 years, Neil has been helping companies achieve their technology goals, by providing strategy and support advice, helping clients businesses operate successfully by providing critical infrastructure and cyber security, as well as helping them navigate their adoption of Cloud technologies. Operational resilience is crucial to their success and is a critical focus for Neil, based on the delivery and management of end-to-end solutions, ensuring the availability required for maximum uptime.

Daniel is a Business Development Consultant with over 12 years’ experience helping businesses of all shapes and sizes implement leading-edge Telecommunications and IT solutions and enjoy the full range of benefits they offer. In his current role at Exponential-e, he specialises in enabling the successful adoption of Microsoft Teams, the consolidation of disparate IT landscapes to enable a single point of contact, and helping organisations develop a stronger cyber security stance that will ensure their critical data is protected against the latest, most sophisticated threats.

Over the past 10 years, Harry has worked in technology, exploring the opportunities it can bring to organisations to deliver high impact business initiatives. Harry has been working closely within the Housing sector to really understand the challenges they face and how technology plays a key role in resolving these challenges. This year alone, Harry has supported five digital transformations within the sector to help modernise and digitise the way they work.

With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, she has the industry knowledge to guide customers in their digital transformation journey.

Isi has a vast understanding and broad practical experience of managing the end-to-end delivery of fully managed IT services gained through 18 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He has been a Client Director to a variety of Enterprise clients and innovative third-party partners delivering technically and commercially to become a trusted partner.

As Senior Enterprise Account Director at Exponential-e, Mark is responsibility for driving new business through a consultative and solution-based approach

Henry joined Exponential-e as Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and is a board member, reporting to CEO Lee Wade. Henry brings with him 23 years' experience, having worked at a number of organisations including Vauxhall Motors, Electrolux and most recently as Finance Director at Kelway. Henry has extensive experience in managing complex financial operations for high growth businesses. With Exponential-e's ambitious growth plans over the coming years, his senior leadership experience will be invaluable at this pivotal time.

Afshin Attari holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, a MBA gained from the Henley Management College and a MSc. in Business Telecommunications from UCL, London. Afshin has held various senior positions within BT, its overseas joint ventures, O2 and KCOM. This has included spells in Engineering, Network Build, Business Management, Outsourcing, Sales / Marketing and Business Development. Afshin has executive responsibility for managing and growing exponential-e's Public Sector Business he SC cleared and Gold Command Trained and was the executive forward point O2 Airwave in Gold Command during the 7/7 London bombings and also the executive leading on the Hemel Hempstead Buncefield oil storage depot disaster / incident. Aside from work Afshin is married with one daughter and a keen sportsman and overseas traveller.
