Lee Wade
Lee holds a Masters degree in Econometrics from UCL and is an IT/IP specialist with 25+ years' experience in the Internet/Managed Services sector. Prior to founding Exponential-e, Lee worked for corporations such as McDonnell Douglas, Hutchison Whampoa and BP. He later focused on corporate turnarounds in the communications sector. In his last two roles before founding Exponential-e, Lee was responsible for the successful transformations of two Service Providers prior to their sale.
As an advocate of innovation, Lee has lectured extensively on the subject. He is passionate about the monetisation of innovative services as the main driver for organic growth. Exponential-e’s own strapline ‘Applied Innovation’ is more than just a marketing platitude and is a testament to his belief that innovation should be at the core of every business.
Lee is also an ardent supporter of learning and career development. He set up his first training academies 26 years ago and today, Exponential-e has carried on with that learning & development tradition with multiple training academies, apprenticeship schemes, management training and our own MBA Programme - all fully funded by Exponential-e.
When not at his desk, Lee enjoys cooking, haute-cuisine, a glass of fine burgundy wine, fishing and gardening.

Chief Executive Officer
Mukesh Bavisi
Mukesh holds a degree in engineering from Brunel University and has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry.
Since stepping into the role of Managing Director in 2012, following his tenure as Operations Director, he has been part of Exponential-e’s journey from an ISP to a full-scale Managed Service Provider and emerging Systems Integrator. His focus has been on learning, growing, and working alongside his team to expand the company’s full-stack IT services through strategic partnerships, innovation, and new market opportunities. He remains eager to learn and adapt, ensuring Exponential-e continues to support businesses in navigating an evolving digital landscape.
Mukesh has always believed that success is achieved through persistence and teamwork. Previously named one of the "Forty Under 40" telecoms executives to watch by Global Telecoms Business, he sees this as reflective of the great teams he has been fortunate to work with, and values authenticity, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a positive impact above all else. As such, he remains passionate about helping others, whether that involves mentoring young talent, supporting colleagues, or working with customers to find solutions that genuinely make a difference.
Mukesh's interest in technology extends outside of work. In his spare time, he can often be found tinkering at home with electronics projects, as well spending time with his family.

Managing Director
Chris Christou
Chris is an accomplished Engineering Director and a member of the Board of Exponential-e, bringing over 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams to develop innovative and scalable technology solutions. With a strong background in network engineering and a passion for solving complex technical challenges, Chris has consistently delivered results that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
In his dual role as Director of Engineering and Board Member at Exponential-e, Chris oversees the end-to-end engineering process, including programme delivery, infrastructure platforms, service support, and quality assurance. He is recognized for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Under his leadership, the Exponential-e engineering function has evolved into a reliable, capable, and high-performing department delivering IT outsourcing solutions across multiple sectors and verticals. Chris remains committed to continuous improvement and is ambitious about providing the best possible service to Exponential-e's customers.
Earlier in his career, Chris built a strong foundation in networking and telecommunications. He began as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) trainer, mentoring aspiring networking professionals and sharing his expertise. He then worked as a network engineer for a leading Internet Service Provider, gaining hands-on experience in designing and maintaining critical network infrastructures. Later, Chris advanced to a senior networking consultant role at Cisilion, a Cisco Platinum Partner, where he delivered strategic solutions for enterprise clients, specializing in complex network architectures and high-performance systems. These experiences have equipped Chris with a deep technical understanding and a customer-centric approach, which continue to shape his leadership style today.
Outside of work, Chris stays active through a variety of sports, including skiing, football, and swimming. He also enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending quality time with his family.

Director of Engineering
John Kyrillou
John has over thirty two years experience in sales - encompassing the Advertising, Telecommunications and IT Managed Service sectors. John joined Exponential-e in 2010, and prior to this spent the previous 11 years of his career in transitional and leadership positions with managed services and telecommunication companies, including GX Networks, Pipex and Civica.
As Sales Director, John is responsible for building and driving the execution of the direct and indirect sales strategies - to support the transition of Exponential-e from a Connectivity provider to a world class IT and Cloud Managed services provider.
John's greatest strengths are his hands on approach, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s growth. During his tenure at Exponential-e his team has delivered year on year sales growth. The customer experience is the up most important factor for John, and he strives to ensure that his team propose and deliver the best solutions to allow Exponential-e’s customers to achieve their goals and perform to the best of their ability.

Director of Sales
Henry Pepperall
Henry joined Exponential-e as Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and is a board member, reporting to CEO Lee Wade. Henry brings with him more than 30 years' experience across a range of sectors, having worked at organisations including Vauxhall Motors, Jamie Oliver, Electrolux Foodservice, and Electrolux Floorcare. Following this, he specialised in ICT at Kelway, supporting their shareholders with the MBO and inbound investment by US based VAR, CDW.
Henry has enabled Exponential-e to complete two acquisitions (Vysiion and Xpertex) to date, as well as two share buy-back programmes. As CFO, he offers an objective evaluation of all investment decisions, ensuring our portfolio of solutions and managed services continues to deliver the precise outcomes demanded by our customers. In addition, Henry leads the Finance and Procurement teams, maintaining financial and supply chain operations that enhance value for our stakeholders and support the growth ambitions of the business.

Chief Financial Officer
Simon Acott
Simon joined Exponential-e as Director of Sales in 2006, subsequently taking the business to £25m p.a. As a member of the Board of Directors, he has focused on driving larger partnerships, supporting Channel and the commercial development of the wider business.
Simon now applies his experience and expertise to ensure the success of the partnership between Vysiion and Exponential-e to ensure both businesses maximise their potential, providing teams with hands-on support and guidance to leverage their combined experience, expertise, and service wraps, optimising customer outcomes and developing opportunities for the most challenging, innovative projects. All this draws directly on Simon’s extensive experience in the Communications Services industry, having previously worked for companies including Enron, British Gas, NTL, Viatel, and The Cloud.
Simon has three children and enjoys cycling and swimming outside of work. He gained his pilot’s licence at the age of 19.

Director of Business and Partner Development
David Edo
David holds a Masters' degree in Telecommunications Engineering, an MBA and has over 20+ years' experience in the telecommunications and IT industry.
As Director of Products and Commercial Management, David's key objective is driving revenue and margin growth. He is responsible for planning, launching and in-life management of Exponential-e's Products and Services portfolio, pricing strategies, and the commercial management of large contracts.
Joining Exponential-e more than 15+ years ago, David has been instrumental in Exponential-e's evolution, expanding the portfolio from a connectivity provider to a managed ICT services provider, spanning Connectivity, Voice, Unified Communications, Cloud and Hosting, and Cyber Security Services.

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Sarah Gray
Sarah brings over 16 years of experience across Recruitment and HR Management and since her commencement in 2012 has seen Exponential-e grow from 210 to 485 employees.
As Group Director - Human Resources, she is responsible for leading HR Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment and HR Operations. Sarah commenced her career in Australia and upon arrival in the UK in 2009 she made the transition into the Technology sector.
Outside off the office you will find Sarah on Netball courts around Kingston and Surrey and in her spare time takes on the club captain duties at Claygate Netball Club.

Jonathan Bridges
Jonathan’s career has spanned 24 years at multiple global system integrators, with a deep focus on driving innovation through the leverage of leading-edge Cloud solutions. His passion is helping customers harness leading-edge technologies to maintain their agility in rapidly changing markets. At Exponential-e, Jonathan leads our front-end business focus, covering Cloud, Managed Services, Apps & Data, Unified Communications, and Security, while also serving as part of the Executive team to ensure tight alignment between customers and leadership. His core focus is providing customers with the support they need to drive their digital transformation strategies, moving beyond the immediate challenges to encompass the wider business and technology landscapes, and the latest opportunities for truly transformative outcomes.

Chief Innovation Officer
Amy Springford
As Director of Client Relations and the executive sponsor of our Voice of the Customer programme, Amy is our customers’ champion in the boardroom, ensuring our ‘customer first’ philosophy underpins every strategic decision. Amy and her team work closely with colleagues across the Exponential-e Group to optimise communication with our customers, assessing everything from general queries to major incident management, problem management, and change enablement. This has helped us maintain our industry-leading NPS score, which consistently ranks in the 80s, and allowed us to establish a culture of constant learning and improvement.

Director of Client Relations
Afshin Attari
As Director of Public Sector & Unified Platforms at Exponential-e and member of the executive leadership team, Afshin’s focus is on managing and growing the Public Sector division by focusing on how citizens, patients, and consumers of digital government want to be served through the adoption of agile, scalable, secure technology, platforms, and services.
Throughout the course of his career, he has held various senior positions within BT and its overseas joint ventures, O2 and KCOM, across numerous roles including engineering, network build, business management, outsourcing, sales/marketing, and business development.
Afshin holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA gained from the Henley Management College, and a MSc. in Business Telecommunications from UCL, London.
He is SC Cleared and Gold Incident Command Trained, having supported the London 7/7 and Buncefield Fire, Gold Command Incident Teams.

Director - Public Sector & Unified Platforms
Paul Brannon
Paul joined Exponential-e in June 2014 and currently oversees the day to day Operational Service Delivery including direct responsibility for the Provisioning, Projects and Programmes team. Prior to joining the company, Paul worked for several other technology and communications firms, beginning his career at BT working as a Programme Manager in BT's Global Services arm, transitioning to lead on key Major Programmes such as Defence, NHS and later on the early implementation of the 2012 Olympic delivery. From 2009-2014, Paul held several senior roles within Virgin Media Business, lastly heading up the UK Service Delivery team responsible for in excess of over 150 people across two sites in Hook and Peterborough.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family as well as watching rugby and attempting his first half marathon.
