Carry out a cloud infrastructure review and provide recommendations Every 3 months
Continuous monitoring of the health of Microsoft Cloud services Ongoing automated service
Customer portal web-based environment linked to Microsoft Cloud All Microsoft Cloud CSP environments can be managed by the customer, including adding/removing licenses or services, viewing the purchase history, provisioning new services (including Reserved Instances) directly from the portal, using automation features to ensure consistent cloud environments, reporting capabilities, etc.
