Key hires will help public sector embrace full potential with tailored scalable Cloud offerings

British Cloud and Network provider, Exponential-e, today announced the growth of its public sector team with the appointment of two senior consultants. Sangeeta Dewan has been appointed senior public sector director with responsibility for the health sector, having risen through the ranks managing healthcare IT contracts at Atos and RPS Group. Ed Renwick has also been appointed senior public sector director and will specialise in the education and local government sectors. Before joining Exponential-e, Ed worked on developing cloud, networking and data propositions for Oracle, Virgin Media and 2E2.

Exponential-e, the British Cloud and Network provider, has announced the introduction of Cloudnet, a new,flexible self-service offering allowing enterprises to connect their business sites with their business applications. Nuage Networks from Nokia has been selected as the partner for this new service. Using its private Cloud Network, delivered through a single piece of fibre, Exponential-e will offer greater efficiency and automation by enabling enterprises to directly connect their business internet to hosted and third party applications and network services.
