Exponential-e has been running Sales Academies since 2008. We’ve got the training process down to a fine art.

How we’ll get you there
Through a combination of training, group projects and on-the-job learning, you’ll learn how to generate leads, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
You'll be coached, mentored and supported by award-winning industry experts and top sales and marketing people, including some who've been through our Academy themselves on their way to sales management and senior corporate sales roles.
Your extensive induction begins – we’ll be introducing you to Sales and the extensive product portfolio you’ll be selling!
You’ll learn how to open opportunities and sell prospects as you dive deeper into our product portfolio.
By now you’ll be applying your learning to be more confident in day-to-day activities. You’ll also be learning Sales Presentation skills and further IT elements.
You’ll be put in rotation across the service elements of the business in order to greater understand our customer journey.
Portfolio building and presentations through to completion of your training pathway which will see you graduate with an IT Technical Sales Qualification which is externally recognised.

This in depth telephone interview gives you and us a clear idea of how you’ll fit in with Exponential-e. We want to find out about your will and want to achieve, and see how you want to develop your career in sales.
To ensure we recruit the right employees we need accurate insight. The online assessments help us understand your strengths and limitations, how you communicate and if you are a self starter.
You’ll learn more about Exponential-e and meet some of the management team and previous success stories, as well as taking part in group and individual activities to assess your suitability.
