This solution hosts all the PBX functionality on a central platform from which virtual PBX services are piped to the customer’s LAN environments at multiple sites. The solution removes any need for the customer to maintain their own PBX system giving rise to cost savings and simplification. The customer can also provide all the benefits of a unified IP telephony solution to their remote workers who can effectively “VPN” into the voice service. The hosted service allows voice to be provided on a plug and play basis and should the customer need to for example, move offices there is no need to move and re-configure any on-site PBX equipment.
