Exponential-e has developed a range of leading edge, toll quality VoIP and traditional PSTN voice solutions designed to:
- Deliver carrier class, toll quality, feature rich IP telephony
- Support and manage an enterprise's seamless transition to IP enabled telephony and converged services whilst protecting existing telephony investments
- Demonstrate and deliver the cost savings available on both internal and external telephone calls replacing legacy ISDN30 type connectivity
By deploying a dedicated SIP voice peering fabric, Exponential-e can now deliver carrier class voice connectivity, converged with an enterprise's data networking forming the foundation of a unified communications strategy. This is all delivered across carrier class private Ethernet WAN connections that are fully QOS enabled and, unlike most other VoIP solutions, do not traverse the public Internet.
Specifically our Next Generation Network voice service provides:
- Competitive call rates
- Enterprise-quality voice (no compressed VoIP calls)
- Guaranteed voice bandwidth with simple upscale
- Very low end-to-end jitter and virtually zero percent packet loss, with guarantees on these across the core network
- Customer driven least cost routing
- Number porting
- Choice of specialist voice partner
- On-net free VoiP calls
We have a solution for every “voice” scenario.
ISDN replacement and QoS
Exponential-e is at the forefront of replacing traditional ISDN30 type circuits with the latest generation SIP trunks direct to corporate IP-PBXs or Soft Switches with sufficient affordable QOS-protected bandwidth to support the use of real toll quality voice codecs such as G.711. Not only that but the high level of bandwidth available makes it wonderful for supporting CD quality wideband Audio such as G722.2.
Ultimately, our clients will never detect that they are on a VoIP call. For us, this is the true meaning of "toll quality".
You might be an enterprise with an IP-enabled PBX looking to consolidate on ISDN line rental or you might be looking to benefit from a virtualised PBX via a hosted voice solution. Perhaps you just want to make use of your existing voice investment and use your traditional PBX to migrate to IP.
