Our online customer portal provides access to live progress on all of your circuits which are in the process of being provisioned. It holds information on order status, history and ticket status. The portal removes the need for you to spend time calling a support desk for progress reports.  Instead you simply use your allocated username and password to log onto the report online. For those customers with multiple circuits the portal will significantly assist project management. Once your service is delivered you can monitor its key performance metrics such as bandwidth, jitter and error rates.
