- Regular structured Account Review meetings. Formal Account Development Plans for our Premier Clients.
- Client satisfaction formally reviewed, reported and acted on. Formal Service Enhancement Plans put in place as required.
- Regular analysis and reporting on performance data to optimise the operation of the client’s network.
- Executive Calling Plans and Peer-to-Peer mapping to provide an insight into our strategy and gain a better understanding of our client’s strategy.
- Ensuring the value of the Service Creation Platform (SCP) is clearly articulated so the client can gain maximum benefit from this highly innovative approach to service delivery.
