Exponential-e has been running Sales Academies since 2008. We’ve got the training process down to a fine art.

For nearly a decade, we’ve consistently produced high-calibre professionals who go on to have successful careers in sales and management.

How we’ll get you there

Through a combination of training, group projects and on-the-job learning, you’ll learn how to generate leads, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals.

You'll be coached, mentored and supported by award-winning industry experts and top sales and marketing people, including some who've been through our Academy themselves on their way to sales management and senior corporate sales roles.

6-9 Months B2B Prospecting

Nurture leads, qualify data and opportunities, outbound campaigns


9-18 Months Internal Account Management

Manage pool accounts, align with field sales, generate pipeline / renewals


18 months + Field Sales

Generate new opportunities, manage inbound leads, target key accounts

What you need

First of all, don’t worry if you haven’t got any sales experience. We take people from all sorts of backgrounds.

Whether you’re a graduate, a school-leaver, or you’ve been pursuing another career, it’s not where you come from that’s important to us. What matters is where you want to be, and how hard you’re willing to work to get there.

To succeed as a superstar Sales Executive, you need:

Telephone Screening

This in depth telephone interview gives you and us a clear idea of how you’ll fit in with Exponential-e. We want to find out about your will and want to achieve, and see how you want to develop your career in sales.

Online Assessment

To ensure we recruit the right employees we need accurate insight. The online assessments help us understand your strengths and limitations, how you communicate and if you are a self starter.

Assessment Day

You’ll learn more about Exponential-e and meet some of the management team and previous success stories, as well as taking part in group and individual activities to assess your suitability.

Welcome
to Exponential-e

Following the assessment day we will be in touch with the successful candidates to confirm employment. Start date for the 2023 Academy is 9th January.
