“Although I’m still relatively new to Exponential-e, one of the many great aspects of working here is the friendly vibe and welcoming atmosphere. It is the people who drive the culture here and I feel as though I’ve been a part of the team since day one.

I joined Exponential-e as the Service Delivery Team Leader. Essentially, my job is bringing together the pieces for each bespoke solution sold across all of our direct customers and channel partners and project managing it through to fruition.

What I enjoy most about my job is how closely we get to work alongside our customers. This enables us to tailor both our solutions and our processes to their needs and the timescale of their projects. The best rewards are when we exceed expectations and our customers use us as case studies to show best practice. This is great for us and for them.

I also like the fact that my job deals with change and cutting-edge technology, meaning I am constantly being challenged.
