Exponential-e continues its entrepreneurial beginnings even though it has expanded so much in the past 6 years. The Exponential-e approach to commission and bonuses is very fair with everyone earning the same monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus. The investment in people is great and the Sales Academy creates a great buzz around the business with the management team investing a lot of time in the future winning team.
The post sales process is very thorough and ensures we take advantage of any times savings possible (which is why all orders are processed by a person not a machine), this allows me to focus on new solutions whilst knowing sold solutions will be fully managed by the provisioning and engineering teams.
The technical support is very thorough here and the sense of ownership does allow each of us to concentrate on our core area/ skills.”
