The Exponential-e Sales Academy

At regular intervals throughout the year Exponential-e run a tailored recruitment program to hire industrious, aspirational and ambitious people looking for an opportunity to put a foot into the specialised and competitive telecoms sales industry. Having a real hunger to succeed is a more important criterion than the actual experience. We assess the motivational level and aptitude to learn of applicants as opposed to focusing on current experience and acquired skills.

Training Program

All successful applicants to the Sales Academy complete a two-month training programme, comprised of classroom style sessions, on-the-job learning and external training. Trainees worked alongside operational managers and rotate around the Exponential-e sales teams.

Academy trainees undergo training in the following core areas:

• Exponential-e products, history, workings and methodologies

• The Sales process, to include:

• Lead generation
• Research & qualifying leads
• Cold calling
• Objection handling
• Appointments
• Presentations
• Negotiation
• Closing the deal

Each month there will be a formal assessment based on the training provided, candidates will only move on to the next stage if they have successfully passed. After successfully completing the 2 month training programme candidates will become a permanent Sales Consultant for one of the sales teams within Exponential-e. 

Recruitment

We are seeking highly competitive individuals with a genuine desire to be the best. You will need to be computer literate with a confident articulate telephone manner. No previous experience is required but the ability to demonstrate a natural aptitude for sales is essential.
