Account Manager |
Exponential-e is seeking Account Management professionals from within the telecommunications industry. Successful candidates will secure new business within existing client accounts; selling business Internet, Ethernet solutions and managed services.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers and build a strong pipeline, selling the Exponential-e product portfolio.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Evaluating client business strategies and insuring Exponential-e’s readiness to keep pace with the implementation of new programs, projects, or features consistent with those strategies
- Increasing the revenue opportunity within each client’s business portfolio, utilising additional Exponential-e services or product offerings
- Tracking and escalation of client issues
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved
- Accurate and timely forecasting of anticipated sales
Experience Required
- Consistent new business sales record within the telecoms/IT industry
- Proven ability to hit targets
- Self motivated and disciplined
- Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
