Lee Wade - CEO
Lee
graduated with a Masters degree in Econometrics from UCL and has
specialised in IT since, with 10 years experience purely in the Internet
sector. Lee has worked for McDonnell Douglas and BP, but latterly his
expertise was focused on 'corporate turnarounds' in the communications
sector.
His last two roles before establishing Exponential-e were to turnaround two ISPs in order to enable the successful sale of the companies. He sits on the Council and is the Treasurer of ISPA.
Mukesh Bavisi - Managing Director
An
increasingly widening remit as Engineering and Services Director
culminated in 2010 with Mukesh's promotion to Managing Director.
Mukesh's passion, hands on approach and detailed understanding of the
different facets of Exponential-e's business will propel the company
forward on its continued and rapid growth path. Mukesh graduated from
Brunel University with a degree in engineering and he now has over
fifteen years of ICT experience. Mukesh was named one of the top "forty
under 40" telecoms executives to watch by Global Telecoms Business.
Michael Field - Director of Finance
Michael
graduated from Bristol University and went on to qualify as an
accountant with Touche Ross in 1977. He has thirty years experience of
financial management in large and small businesses at board level.
Michael has wide experience of operational and strategic planning issues and M&A activities. His career history includes working at Ernst & Whinney in Paris, with the BOC group in London, Financial Controller for a division of Ultramar, Finance Director for Disctec, a highly successful venture capital start up and Finance Director of Micrelec Group.
Adrian Hobbins - Chief Technology Officer
As
a founder and Board member of Exponential-e, Adrian leads the technical
innovation within the company, most recently overseeing the deployment
of the company’s NGN, introducing major new features such as VPLS,
Intelligent QoS and VoIP services.
With over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Adrian has worked in multi-national, enterprise and global carrier markets. Before establishing Exponential-e he was CTO of Neos Networks, where he designed and developed the UK's first Long-Haul MPLS based Gigabit Ethernet network, and prior to that he held various senior roles within AT&T.
Simon Acott – Business and Partner Development Director
Simon
joined Exponential-e in 2006 and took the business from £6m p.a to £25m
p.a as Director of Sales. He has now taken on the task of developing
Exponential-e’s portfolio of strategic relationships to meet the
changing market requirements. Prior to joining Exponential-e, Simon
worked in the Communications Services industry for companies such as
NTL, Viatel and The Cloud.
Colette Keegan - Business Administration Director
As
Business Administration Director, Colette has board-level
responsibility for Finance, Human Resources and Administration. She was
promoted onto the Board in March 2008, following 6 years with the
company in various financial posts including 3 years as its financial
manager.
Colette moved to the telecommunications sector in 2000 when she joined CIX Internet. Here she managed billing, credit control and purchasing. The company was acquired by Telenor Business Solutions in 2002, when Colette left to join as a founding employee at Exponential-e.
