Training
All our new joiners attend a structured and comprehensive three day induction training program. This program gives our new joiners an overview of the company and its direction, an introduction to our technology and the opportunity to meet with the Managing Director and members of every department.

Our Vacancies
We recruit for a variety of roles within our Sales, Technical and Business Support areas.
Sandwich Placements
At Exponential-e, we recognise the unique contribution our technical placement students can make working alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals. We offer one year placements within our Pre-Sales Department to students studying a network related degree looking to get a real insight into the Telecoms industry.
Graduate/ Entry Level Hires
We view our entry level hires as a key part of the continued growth and future of our business, which is why we have a number of recruitment and training programmes in place to kick start your career with us.
We recruit into two main streams:
- Sales – Once a year Exponential-e run a tailored recruitment program to hire and train industrious, aspirational and ambitious people looking for an opportunity to forge a career in sales and break into a specialised and competitive industry
- Engineering - We look for innovative graduates who are passionate about technology looking for an opportunity to gain first-hand experience within a networking role and start their career
Senior Hires - Experienced hires can join us across all of our business areas: Sales, Technical and Business Support. Entering the business as an experienced hire will mean working alongside recognised leaders in your area of expertise who are focused on developing a great business through the skills and expertise of the team.
